Yes, I've met Joey. He was really nice. I made my own tshirt and he was like "that shirt is awesome!" his manager even took a picture of it! :) I love Joey, I was going to meet him again tomorrow but, the show was cancelled, and is being reshedualed. So, I'll get to see him again soon. :)
